The Quick2Bid Story
Quick2Bid started with a simple observation. Companies with complex products were losing deals because they could not quote fast enough. The problem was not the sales team. It was the revenue stack: disconnected, manual, and built on workarounds instead of systems.
Bill Barlas had seen it from the inside. Working in manufacturing, he built the configurators, dealt with the ERP limitations, and lived the pain of quoting processes held together with spreadsheets and email threads.
He founded Quick2Bid to fix the problem at the source: not just implementing software, but building the architecture that makes complex B2B quoting work the way the business actually runs.
Today, Quick2Bid works with manufacturers, distributors, and B2B companies across the US. The goal is always the same: a revenue stack that gets deals done faster without the duct tape.

Bill Barlas
Bill is the founder and principal of Quick2Bid. He spent years in manufacturing building complex product configurators before founding the firm. He has written the C# workflows, the Python ERP connectors, the Rust constraint engine, and the JavaScript that runs inside XaitCPQ quote documents. He is one of the few consultants in this space who can architect an integration and review the code himself.
He became a XaitCPQ partner in 2018 and has delivered full go-live engagements for national brands, managing the full lifecycle from discovery through post-launch support. He also works with HiveCPQ, HubSpot, Salesforce, Celigo, n8n, and PandaDoc, and builds custom applications when existing platforms do not fit.
Outside of work, Bill homeschools his kids, trains Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and lives in Kohler, Wisconsin. Small town. Takes craftsmanship seriously. That is the model.
The Team
Quick2Bid is lean by design. Small teams mean accountability. You always know who is doing the work.
Sarah keeps engagements on track. She manages timelines, coordinates stakeholders, and makes sure deliverables land when they are supposed to. She is the reason projects do not drift.
Joe focuses on CPQ implementation and business systems. He brings a software engineering background with JavaScript and Python depth, and a reporter's instinct for getting the details right.
Taylor builds the custom tooling, portals, and integrations that sit at the edges of what off-the-shelf platforms can do. Full-stack background with prior experience on AI-driven CRM products.
